I think Julien is insecure about Sara for multiple reasons one being on page it says that he is still upset that for the three years Sara sat next to him he still never asked his name or even spoke. That’s just plain up cold. He also didn’t like that she is so “self-absorbed” and I think Sara feels bad but Julien can’t tell.
